TeraRADAR^® 太赫兹大功率雷达RA220正式交付

特拉芯^® 340/220/140/110/94GHz大功率太赫兹雷达系列产品已正式发布，其中220GHz雷达已经正式交付客户。

所有雷达基于三五族高性能芯片封装的模块实现，探测距离超过1公里，预计2024年下半年可以分别在94/220GHz实现6W/500mW的全固态输出。

TeraRADAR^® 太赫兹大功率雷达主要应用场景是气象探测，沙尘监测，低小慢目标侦察以及相关高精度成像等。

220GHz radar with 100mw output power is already delivery to our customers.

Ther series FMCW radar is based on III-IV materials MMICs such as LNA,PA,Mixer etc so all the high performance modules can fulfill all super output power for the longer detection distance and the more sensitive receiver.

The expected outpower can be reached on 6W/94GHz and 500mW/220GHz at the 2HF of 2024.

The major application scenario is UAV detection,cloud observation,dust storm detection as well as mm-level imaging.
